Ian McCall released from jail

UFC flyweight Ian “Uncle Creepy” McCall has been released after serving 16 days in jail for an outstanding warrant from erroneously not paying for a ticket received for driving on a suspended license earlier in the year.

CageJunkies originally learned that the arrest triggered a violation of McCall’s probation stemming from a 2008 conviction for possession of a controlled substance without a prescriptionand unauthorized possession of a hypodermic needle.

After being released McCall tweeted the following, “@ufc @danawhite @seanshelby @ShayMcCall @TeamOyama @Lowkick and everyone else … Sorry for the drama. I’ll be ready for war #ugctt love you”.
