CageJunkies Exclusive: Details on Jared Hamman’s injury

UFC fighter Jared Hamman’s agent Nima Safapour revealed exclusively to CageJunkies that the fighter detached his hamstring muscle in the first two minutes of the first round. Hamman further disclosed that the injury was not suffered due to leg kicks thrown by his opponent Michael Kuiper.

Michael Kuiper defeated Jared Hamman by TKO at the 2:16 mark of round 2.

Safapour told us, “Jared Hamman is a warrior and UFC appreciates his fighting spirit. We will be seeing much more of Jared Hamman in the UFC.”
