This past Friday, June 15th 2012, marked the 41st show of Lou Neglia’s Ring of Combat. This jampacked show held at the Tropicana Casino and Resort, featured 4 title fights, all of whom were witnessed by Bob Carson who was in the ringside VIP section. Bob spoke to one of the newly-crowned champions, Guillermo Serment, right after his victory over the crowd favorite James Jenkins. The crowd was so hostile to Guillermo that he needed police protection back to the dressing room. (An unofficial source told us that there were words between the two camps during the weigh-ins on Thursday). T.U.F. Finalist Al Iaqutina had to be restrained after he tried to approach Serment after the fight. Hear about this, the Ring of Combat event and more right here!
