The Ultimate Fighter 15 Recap

Tonight’s highly anticipated season premier of The Ultimate Fighter kicks off with a new format, new network, and several changes compared to year’s past. All the fights will be aired tonight LIVE for the first time. This is also the debut of TUF on FX, since moving from SpikeTv via the historic Fox Network Deal. Fighters will have to fight their way into the house, then try to be the last man standing at the end of the season with a 6-figure UFC Contract waiting at the finish line.
The end of the season will culminate with coaches Uriah Faber and Dominiq Cruz fighting each other in a rubber match, it will be interesting to see who comes out on top of this trilogy between the two highly publicized fighters.
Keep it locked right here to CageJunkies for the whole season as we bring you the Best Damn TUF Recap in the business!
The show starts live with Jon Anik and Dana White inside the octagon, Dana mentions that 32 Lightweight fighters will be fighting tonight to get into the house. We then get a promo for Faber Vs Cruz III, for the UFC Bantamweight Championship. Dana throws a curveball right off the bat, and announces that the fights to get into the house will be only 1 five minute round!
Also, every fighter that finishes their opponent tonight will get $5,000. (Interesting note: there is no commentary, but Cruz and Faber are mic’d up, and you can hear them discussing the fight, and they are surprisingly cordial, almost friendly with each other).
