“Dr.” King Mo Lawal Downgrades Strikeforce Health Status
Recently fighter King Mo Lawal brushed off his PHD (i.e. Promotion Health Doctorate) and downgraded the prognosis on the organization he currently fights for, Strikeforce:
“I (had) thought Strikeforce was a cancer patient,” he continued “[m]an, it’s a damn AIDS patient instead – with Dr. Jack Kevorkian in the background ready to pull the plug.”
On attendance for this past Saturday’s show:
“It was a damn shame, dawg,” Lawal said. “It was sad. There was like, what? Two-thousand people there?”
On what he thinks will happen:
“From what I understand, I think Strikeforce will be done,” he said. “I don’t even know. Maybe we (UFC and Strikeforce fighters) are all folded together. I have no idea. I’ve been hearing rumors. I heard it might keep going. I heard it might be dead. I don’t know. I have like one or two more fights (left on my contract), and then I’ll see what’s up after that.”
